Peanut Butter Brownies

To make the peanut butter cookies:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  1. Set oven to 350°
  2. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended and roll into small balls, set aside.


To make the brownies:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

3. In a small bowl set aside flour and baking soda.
In a medium pot melt butter, and add the choclate (after the butter is melted). Then stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla let cool. After the chocolate mixture cools add flour, stir until well blended.

4. Pour half the brownie batter into a greased 9×13 pan.

5. Line brownie batter with peanut butter dough balls and then pour the other half on top. After you finish, put the pan into the pre-heated oven. Bake for fifty minutes, cool, and enjoy.
